Intel Advance (“Intel Advance,” “we,” “us”) is a direct provider of commercial financing, including merchant cash advances, short-term business loans and debt consolidation, to small and mid-sized businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and our funding process, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Our products are for business purposes only. This policy covers information about business owners, guarantors and other individuals who contact us or apply on behalf of a business.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our application form, call or email us, we collect information such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, the amount of funding you are seeking and your business’s monthly revenue.
Information collected during underwriting. If you move forward with an application, we may collect additional information, including:
- Business details such as legal name, address, tax identification number, industry, time in business and ownership.
- Owner and guarantor details such as home address, date of birth and Social Security number.
- Business bank statements, merchant processing statements and other financial records.
- Government-issued identification to verify identity.
Information from third parties. With your authorization, we may obtain consumer and business credit reports, public records (such as liens, judgments and UCC filings), identity verification results and bank account data from service providers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our web fonts may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit. Our website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and contact you about funding options.
- To review, underwrite and decide on your application, including verifying identity and assessing creditworthiness.
- To prepare offers, provide any disclosures required by law, and fund and service your account, including processing payments.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud and to protect our business and customers.
- To comply with legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations.
- To send you information about our products, including renewal offers, where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing, email, document signing, payment processing, identity verification and data storage. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Credit bureaus and verification services, to obtain reports you have authorized and, where applicable, to report account information.
- Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants and auditors.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety and those of others, including to enforce our agreements.
- Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business or accounts, in which case information may be transferred to the acquiring party.
- With your consent, or at your direction.
Calls, texts and emails
When you submit an application or contact us, you agree that Intel Advance may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by call and text message, about your application and our products. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of obtaining financing.
You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email, or ask us to stop calling by contacting us. We may still contact you about an application in progress or an existing account.
How we protect your information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including limiting access to people who need it and using encrypted connections where available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers or full bank account numbers through our website contact form or by unencrypted email; your funding advisor will provide a secure way to share sensitive documents.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, to complete any financing relationship, and to meet legal, tax, regulatory and recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep certain information to comply with legal obligations, complete a transaction or protect against fraud.

Children
Our website and services are intended for adults acting on behalf of businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
